Laundry Services
The HUB Laundromat will feature 30 to 35 state-of-the-art coin and card-operated washing machines and dryers, that can accommodate both small and large families; and commercial clients.
Customers can choose between do-it-yourself laundry, wash-dry-fold drop off or pick-up/delivery services. Where staff will wash, dry, and fold laundry for ultimate convenience.
During the 1st year of operation, the laundromat will operate seven days a week, 10-12hours/day, ensuring accessibility and reliability for residents.
Installation of ADA compliant machines and accommodations that will allow for people that have physical challenges or are otherwise disabled to have equal access to laundry services.
Everyone will benefit from outsourcing their chores and saving on time.

The HUB plans to introduce a wash-dry-fold and pick-up delivery, making laundry more accessible for individuals with disabilities or mobility limitations
Your clothes will be freshly cleaned with state of the art machine, neatly folded and returned to you
We will use sale environmentally friendly detergents and our machines have water/energy-saving methods -- allowing customers to wash more at lower cost savings
Easy Scheduling: Simple and flexible options for scheduling pick-ups and deliveries(online, app, phone)
Customers will be able to select Doordash for pick-up and delivery
Customers will experience reliable pick-up and delivery: Punctual and consistent service with clear communication about arrival times.
Healthy Corner Cafe’
The HUB Healthy Corner Cafe’ will offer a wide array of food options sourced from local food entrepreneurs, promoting healthy lifestyles within the community.
The HUB will also offer coffee, smoothies and assortment of baked goods that will be vetted and outsourced to local bakers.
Vendors will be encouraged to use locally sourced foods and access the East Warren Development Corporations's commercial kitchen that is less than 2 miles east of the HUB Cafe’.
Food vendors will be supported with business needs via the HUB's partnerships with the rich entrepreneur ecosystem in Detroit.
The Cafe' management will meet vendors where there are and provide them with a platform to scale up their business
By outsourcing cafe’ operations to local small businesses, The HUB will support entrepreneurship and economic growth within the neighborhood.
Community Workspace
A dedicated workspace equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and amenities will provide a conducive environment for working, studying, or holding meetings.
This space will foster productivity and connection for residents, entrepreneurs, and community groups alike.
Workshops and Networking
The HUB will collaborate with community organizations to host a variety of workshops aimed at empowering residents and strengthening the community, including:
